• Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods are billed at the price in effect on the day of shipment. Our standard terms are 1% 10 Days Net 30 Days. Discount is allowed ONLY within the 10 day discount period. Minimum order: $100.00. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover (Novus) credit cards. Orders paid by credit card are not eligible for the 1% cash discount.

  • Orders received via our Spilo Website will receive .25% promotional discount.

  • Spilo reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest on unpaid balance as permitted by law.



  • We will assess a $25.00 fee on all non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks.


  • On all orders of $795.00 or more, shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse at one time, to one destination within the contiguous United States, freight charges may be deducted from your invoice if payment is made within 30 days of the invoice date. If your invoice is paid late and freight amount is deducted from the payment, your account will be charged back for the open amount and may be considered delinquent.

  • All orders shipped outside the contiguous United States are FOB Los Angeles. A 5% freight allowance may apply. Please contact our office for more information.

  • Outside the 11 Western States and El Paso, TX, but within the contiguous United States, PERSONNA items in full case quantities are shipped prepaid from the factory. PERSONNA items shipped from the factory CANNOT be combined with regular orders shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse to qualify for $795.00 freight allowed amount.

  • Within the 11 Western States and El Paso, TX, PERSONNA items may be combined with regular orders shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse to qualify for $795 freight allowed amount.


  • Orders shipped by common carrier (e.g. Con-Way, Roadway, Fed-X Freight, etc.) are palletized and the number of cartons on the pallet are signed for by the carrier’s driver at the time of shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to count cartons on the pallet when goods are received, and take written exception (on the delivery bill) of any carton(s) shorted or damaged. We cannot issue credit for merchandise shorted or damaged in shipment unless a written exception is noted at the time of delivery.

  • Spilo is not responsible for additional charges for inside delivery or lift gate delivery.


  • A 1% Cash Discount will apply and will be deducted from the C.O.D./C.I.A. total. Collection fees imposed by the delivering carrier will be added to the C.O.D./C.I.A. amount. If the order totals over $795.00, freight will be prepaid, but C.O.D. collection fees will apply. C.O.D. charges apply per carton. We attempt to pack C.O.D. shipments in the least number of cartons to minimize C.O.D. collection fees.


  • If prior notification of a C.O.D. amount is requested, the order will be totaled and notification made prior to shipment. We will not hold C.O.D. shipments due to lack of funds; terms may be changed to C.I.A.


  • Merchandise must have been purchased from Spilo or online at www.spilo.com within 12 months of return request to qualify for credit or exchange.

  • Please contact us for authorization to return merchandise. Requests must include the reason for return.

  • No credit or exchange will be processed until the merchandise has been received and inspected. At our option, we may repair, replace, issue or refuse credit.

  • Restocking charges will be applied to all authorized goods returned beyond the 12 months date of purchase. This charge may be as much as 25% depending on the condition of the merchandise and the date of the original purchase.

  • New merchandise (overstock) authorized for return must be in original packaging, with no price stickers or other markings on packaging, and in resalable condition. Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid by the customer. A restocking charge of 25% will be applied.

  • If merchandise is used and in need of service, it may be referred to the vendor for processing. If merchandise is defective due to abuse, a nominal charge for parts, labor and return shipping charges will apply.

  • We strongly recommend that you follow the manufacturer’s instructions on repair or replacement on all Dryers that are still under the manufacturer’s warranty, which state that the dryers should be sent directly to them. Malfunctioning dryers sent to us will be repaired, if possible, for a nominal charge. This charge will include parts, labor and return shipping charges.
