Leading as CEO since 1993, Marc’s focus has been to drive creativity, maintain high levels of service and continue to develop relationships with business partners built on trust and integrity.

Jeff has been the CEO and/or President of four public and four private global companies, including Starwood Hotels, Take-Two Interactive and Atari. Lisa Kelly has spent her career in the global beauty industry within the professional haircare, color and skincare segments. Most recently she was the Vice President of Global Marketing & Innovation at Macadamia Beauty responsible for global brand and product development, strategy, and execution. Previously she held global brand development roles at Kao Brands Company (John Frieda), L’Oreal USA (L’Oreal Professional & Matrix), Joico, Graham Webb, and Shiseido Cosmetics. Lisa’s focus at Spilo is to develop a strategic vision, brand portfolio strategy and accompanying 360-degree Marketing plans for Spilo’s proprietary and exclusive brands.
Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Misty has acquired over fifteen years of sales leadership experience with a focus on consultative selling and customer relationships. After spending nine years as a sales leader with Staples, Inc. she made a decision to delve into the world of beauty. At Spilo Worldwide, her focus is on cultivating customer relationships and supporting overall company growth through creative selling initiatives.
Vice President of Finance
Bill has 34 years of experience, primarily with Mars Inc., focusing on strategic planning, business analysis and product development, working on Pet Food, Confection, Food and the Seeds of Change brands. His goal at Spilo Worldwide is to provide the financial, IT and strategic process tools to help the business drive profitable growth.
